Located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac street in the heart of Cocoa Beach, this custom decorated house is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. Enjoy the beach just a short walk away, go for a bike ride, take the kayaks to watch dolphins in the Banana River, or just relax in the heated pool. Everything thing you need to enjoy the beach is provided, including a wagon to carry the gear.
The house is in a great location that's 2-1/2 blocks to the beach and only 1 block to the Banana River boat launch where you can kayak through channels between tiny islands teeming with wildlife. If you want to hit the gym, Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness is 1 block away and offers daily and weekly passes. Publix grocery store and multiple restaurant and shopping options are within 1 mile from the house. Cocoa Beach Pier is a 5 minute drive away and less than 15 minute drive to the cruise port.
This property is ideal for families or couples. Just shy of 2,000 sq ft, the 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house has a great open floor plan with split bedrooms (master on one side of the house and the other 3 guest rooms on the other side of the house). The yard is beautifully landscaped with a fully fenced in private backyard. The back doors open up to a screen enclosed patio with a heated pool.
Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Summary: Had a family of 9 with 3 kids from 4-12. House was nice, clean, had ample towels, bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. Pool was great for kids before and after beach. Short walk to beach, but there is a public park directly across the street with plenty of parking and a nice restroom facility. We drove there in 2 minutes. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Highly recommend
